Renovating our present home and having the chance to add on a beautiful Muskoka Room overlooking Midland Bay we were in a quandary.

We Love a Clear View – but not the unwanted Bugs who are drawn to our “Tasty Blood “ My Husband specifically said : There must be a retractable screen company out there which can give us both. Doing our research on line we found Muskoka Screens – owned by Tom Croden.

On a Sunny warm day, the Screens are up and out of sight. We and guests sit in a covered area with the feeling of being outdoors. In the evenings or on a mild rainy day, we sit cozily inside our Muskoka Screened room. So easy, all we do to change our room is push the buttons on the remote control. We particularly like that we have choices. Two Screens up and one down. Or all up or all down. Or one up and two down.

What did we experience? Service, plus a cheerful and at times humorous personality, with caring and meticulous work ethics. The long distance for Tom to travel to estimate our job was made to be easy for him. He was timely and always communicated well, responding to every call or email. Our job moved along exactly in the time frame he gave us.

This year we had a problem with our Muskoka Room Floor. It had to be replaced. That meant that all the screens and side tracks had to be removed and adjusted to meet the new height of the floor. Tom worked simultaneously with the other contractors and them systematically to reinstall. All was like Clockwork.

Just wanted to let you know that the roller blind worked perfectly for us . It cut the sun coming in exactly the way we hoped .

We just wanted to let you know how thrilled Jack and I are with the Phantom Screens you recently installed for us.
When the French doors in the living room are open, the Phantom screens overlooking the river open the house right up, and it feels like we are bringing nature right inside our home, with the fresh air and the wonderful bird songs. ( With the added benefit of not having to worry about invading bugs.)

We were so pleased with the back of the house, as you know, we decided to do a single Phantom Screen on the front of the house, and the cross breezes are truly amazing. We feel it was one of the best investments we have made to date to improve our home.
